We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. Requests to take down a listing of yourself are actioned immediately, before any of that clock starts.
Taking down a listing of yourself
If we listed you before you signed up, the invite we sent has a link that takes it down in one click. No account, no reason, no reply from us needed. If you no longer have that message, email the address above from any address, tell us the name and city on the listing, and we will remove it the same day. We do not ask you to prove who you are before taking something down, because the risk of removing a listing wrongly is very small and the risk of leaving one up is not.
If you are on the platform already
- Creators, hide or delete your profile yourself from your profile page. Deleting takes it down immediately.
- Brands, if contact details you paid for turn out to be wrong, report it from the profile and the coins come back automatically inside 7 days.
- Either, to report someone's behaviour rather than a technical problem, use the address above and say what happened.
