What does it cost to be listed here as a creator?+
Nothing, and there is no version of this where that changes. You do not pay to join, to be listed, to be found, or to be contacted. Brands pay us to reveal your phone number and email, and that is the entire business.
Do you take a cut of what I get paid for a shoot?+
No. We are not an agency and we never see your fee. We do not represent you, negotiate for you, hold your payment or take a percentage of it. Once a brand has your number, everything after that is yours.
What exactly does a coin buy?+
One unlock reveals one person's phone number and email, and costs 40 coins, ₹40, GST included, at ₹1 a coin. Active paid Pro+ members pay 10 Coins per contact. It is permanent, going back to the same profile next month costs nothing. Browsing, filtering and shortlisting are free and always will be.
Why do the free coins not arrive when I sign up?+
They land once your mobile and your email are both confirmed, not before. The point of this platform is that a phone number belongs to the person beside it, and we cannot ask creators to trust that while handing free credit to accounts that have proved nothing.
Someone gave me a number that does not work. Do I lose the coins?+
No. Report it from the profile and inside 7 days the coins go straight back to your wallet without waiting on us. We also tell the person, because a profile nobody can reach quietly stops being shown and they deserve the chance to fix it.
Can I withdraw my Coins or get them paid out?+
Not yet. Coins are Castclue credits worth ₹1 each and can currently be used only for eligible purchases on Castclue. Payouts are planned, and this page will say so the day they open.
What are referral Coins worth?+
10 Coins = ₹10 for every creator you refer whose profile is approved. They land after the checks, and you spend them on eligible Castclue purchases.
What does the verified badge actually mean?+
That the mobile number and email on that profile were confirmed by a one-time code, and that a person reviewed the photographs before they went up. It is a statement about identity, not a judgement about how good somebody is at the job.
I never signed up but there is a listing with my name on it.+
We create listings from public information so that city pages are useful on day one. Yours carries no photograph, cannot be unlocked by anybody, and the message we sent you has a link that removes it in one click. If you no longer have that message, email the grievance officer on the contact page and it comes down the same day, we will not ask you to prove who you are first.
Can I hide my profile for a while without deleting it?+
Yes. Hiding keeps your photographs, rates and web address exactly as they are and simply takes you out of search. Coming back does not need another review.
Why did my availability change to unavailable on its own?+
Availability lapses after a fortnight unless you confirm it, and we nudge you before it does. Without that, every profile on the site would say "available now" within three months and the filter brands rely on most would be worth nothing.
How do I get my data or get it deleted?+
Delete your profile yourself from your profile page, it comes down immediately. For a copy of everything we hold, or corrections, write to the grievance officer on the contact page and we will answer within 15 days.
