You do not need to prove who you are, fill in a form, or wait for a reply before anything happens. Pick the route that matches what you want gone.
1. Delete what Instagram shared, from your dashboard
If you connected an Instagram account, open your dashboard, find the account under Creator Intelligence and press Disconnect. That deletes the connection, its access token, every number read through it, follower and reach history, posts and their figures, audience breakdowns, and the comments and messages we stored for your automations. It happens the moment you confirm. Nothing is archived first.
2. Ask through Facebook or Instagram
You can also do it from Meta's side, without signing in here:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find Castclue and press Remove.
- Tick the option to delete the data the app holds, then confirm.
Meta tells us straight away. We delete the same things as route 1 and give Meta a confirmation code and a link. That link shows what actually happened to your request , how many connections were removed and how many comments and messages went with them, and it says plainly when we matched nothing, rather than telling everybody their data was deleted.
Removing the app without ticking the deletion option withdraws our permission to read your account and drops the token, but keeps the numbers already read, so your own charts do not empty silently. Use route 1 or the deletion option if you want those gone too.
3. Delete your whole account
Write to the grievance officer named on the contact page from the email address on your account and say you want the account erased. We do it within 15 days and confirm by email. It removes your profile, photographs, messages, wallet, everything in routes 1 and 2, and the comments and messages from people who never signed up.
One limit, stated because it is real: where a brand has already paid to unlock your contact details, we keep the record that the transaction happened, who, when, what was delivered, because that record is what protects you if those details are misused. Everything else goes.
4. If you never signed up
If you commented on or messaged a creator who uses our automations, we may hold that comment or message. Email the grievance officer on the contact page with the Instagram handle you wrote from, and we delete everything we hold from it. Deleting the comment on Instagram does not reach us. Meta does not tell us, which is why this route exists.
What we hold in the first place
The privacy page lists it in full: what is public on a profile, what is never public, what an Instagram connection reads, and who else sees any of it.
