Castclue does not deduct a percentage of the collaboration fee agreed between a creator and a brand. The creator and brand decide the scope, price and payment arrangements directly.

This is separate from the cost of paid platform features. No commission does not mean a free shoot, free content or that every Castclue tool is free.

Three different costs to understand

Creator listing and brand browsing

Creators can list their profile for free. Brands can browse public portfolios and build a shortlist for free.

Contact unlocks and optional platform tools

Brands use Coins to reveal a creator's contact details. Optional plans and tool credits are separate purchases. Check current pricing and the amount shown before confirming a purchase or unlock.

The creator's work

The creator's fee pays for the agreed collaboration. Confirm deliverables, revisions, usage, travel, product costs and payment timing directly. A contact unlock does not pay this fee.

What happens after a contact unlock?

Use the revealed contact details to approach the creator with your brief. The creator decides whether the project is suitable and confirms their availability and quote. Paying for contact access does not reserve a date or guarantee acceptance.

For a paid project, write down what is being delivered and when payment is due. For barter, write down what each side receives, any posting requirements and the delivery dates. Agree the arrangement before either side starts work.
