Keep identity, age, portfolio, skills, rates and availability accurate. Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Do not impersonate others, buy or fabricate verification, falsify analytics or misrepresent brand relationships. Moderation or a badge is not a guarantee of safety, credentials or future performance; each badge means only the check it describes.
Contact sharing and opportunities
Publishing and enabling an unlockable profile requires the separate contact-sharing permission shown in the creator flow. Eligible users may pay Castclue to access your contact details for professional enquiries. That permission is not consent to spam or unrelated marketing. An unlock does not oblige you to accept work, guarantee contact or guarantee income. Report unwanted contact and keep your details current.
Independent work and barter
Agree the scope, price, payment schedule, cancellation, travel, content usage, exclusivity and revisions with the brand in writing. You are responsible for work you independently accept and for your applicable taxes and lawful advertising disclosures. Barter is an independent exchange of products or services for agreed deliverables, not a Castclue guarantee of product quality, delivery or campaign success. Do not undertake unsafe or unlawful work.
Rewards and promotional submissions
Refer & Earn and Create & Earn awards depend on the programme rules and review shown when participating. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, fake activity, stolen content and attempts to evade limits are prohibited. Castclue may withhold or reverse rewards supported by reasonable evidence of error, fraud or abuse, with a route to challenge the decision. Promotional Coins are not salary or guaranteed cash income. A promotional-content licence applies only when you explicitly accept it for that submission.
